NFL Picks, Week 5

Another week in the NFL picks, another week with me likely going off on Twitter and calling the Browns losers just because I'm tired of not winning. At this point I'm taking a "fire 'em all" approach to my favorite team. Shouldn't have to wait to see that become a reality.

Onto the picks Thursday

Arizona Cardinals at St. Louis Rams

Zach's Pick: Rams

Zach's Thought: Cardinals have become a thrilling team to watch, but I predict we'll hear a thud Thursday night.

Sunday Miami Dolphins at Cincinnati Bengals

Zach's pick: Bengals

Zach's Thought: The toughness of the Bengals schedule amazes me.

Green Bay Packers at Indianapolis Colts

Zach's Pick: Packers

Zach's Thought: Tough week for Indianapolis; all the best to coach Chuck Pagano.

Baltimore Ravens at Kansas City Chiefs

Zach's Pick: Ravens

Zach's Thought: Line of the week goes to my brother: "Romeo Crennel has to be living in deja vu. People want to replace his starting quarterback with Brady Quinn."

Cleveland Browns at New YorkGiants

Zach's Pick: Giants

Zach's Thought: I expect Browns to hang in there and lose late. You know, like always.

Philadelphia Eagles at Pittsburgh Steelers

Zach's Pick: Steelers.

Zach's thought: All is not lost with the football season if the Steelers fall to 1-3.

Atlanta Falcons at Washington Redskins

Zach's Pick: Falcons.

Zach's Thought: Definitely a shot for an upset here, but I'll play it safe.

Seattle Seahawks at Carolina Panthers

Zach's Pick: Panthers.

Zach's thought: When you really think about it, Pete Carroll's run in Seattle has been something less than awesome.

Chicago Bears at Jacksonville Jaguars

Zach's Pick: Bears

Zach's Thought: If there's any hope for Jacksonville, I don't see it.

Tennessee Titans at Minnesota Vikings

Zach's Pick: Vikings

Zach's Thought: I like the way the Vikings are playing. Good defense, solid run game.

Denver Broncos at New England Patriots

Zach's Pick: Patriots

Zach's Thought: We'll probably have to watch this game because it's Brady vs. Manning, but it just doesn't hold much interest for me.

Buffalo Bills at San Francisco 49ers

Zach's Pick: 49ers

Zach's Thought: Bills defense was awful last week. Made me feel worse since the Browns managed all of 14 points off it the week before.

San Diego Chargers at New Orleans Saints

Zach's Pick: Saints

Zach's Thought: We all just keep thinking Saints will snap out of it.

Monday Houston Texans at New York Jets

Zach's Pick: Texans.

Zach's Thought: Look out below, Jets fans.
