Sentinel honored

After much anticipation, Sentinel officials accepted the National School of Character award a few hours ago. It was a special ceremony, and it was neat to see. Here is a sampling of what I heard today: “Sentinel's caring faculty does whatever it takes to help all students succeed.” “They really deserve this.” “It's the culmination of over a decade of work that started out with a vision from our staff.” I've posted CU pictures (cu.advertiser-tribune.com) and a video (www.advertiser-tribune.com) from the lunch.
