Boroff wants input on zoning
The city of Tiffin wants to move forward with three proposed zoning changes — and the mayor wants the public’s opinion. During the Tiffin City Council meeting Monday, Mayor Jim Boroff said a public meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 26 to discuss zoning changes to the Habitat for Humanity/Grace Street area, Dell Property/Old Red Horse on East Market Street and the Old West Junior High property on West Market Street, presented by engineering firm DLZ. Location for the meeting has not been determined. In addition to these projects, the city is working with the Seneca County Courthouse and Downtown Redevelopment Group to sell the Spivey Manley house, located on Madison Street, for renovation by the group. Boroff and Law Director Brent Howard met with members of the redevelopment group Monday morning to discuss options.
