Announcements GREEN SPRINGS — Green Springs Village Council is to meet Sept. 7 due to Labor Day. The North Central Academy Board of Education is to meet at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, 65 St. Francis Ave., Tiffin. The Fremont academy’s board of education is to have its organizational meeting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at NCOESC. The regular board meeting is to follow the organizational meeting. Tiffin-Seneca Public Library is having “Babies and Books” during the month of September. There are to be two 30-minute classes, 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sept. 14 in Frost Kalnow Community Room. “Babies and Books” features stories, rhymes, songs and finger plays. Parents or caregivers and babies, age birth to 24 months old, are asked to sign up for one session of language enrichment activities. Call (419) 447-3751 to register, starting Sept. 7, for the free program.
