Kelly Ann Noble and Rusty Allen Wagner were married May 21, 2010, at Breezes Rio Bueno in Ohio Rios, Jamaica.
Kelly is the daughter of Milo and Peggy Noble of Beavercreek. She is a graduate of Wright State University, where she received a master's degree in education. She is a first grade teacher in Riverside.
Rusty is the son of Jim and Cheryl Wagner of Republic. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in construction managment. He is a project manager for Ellis Custom Moes in Waynesville.
