Friday is the last day to submit nominations for the Women's Career Excellence Award and the Outstanding Citizen Award.
Sponsored by Tiffin Area Chamber of Commerce, the awards are to be given at the chamber's annual dinner meeting Oct. 7 at Camden Falls. Forms for both awards can be obtained at the chamber office, 62 S. Washington St.
The Women's Career Excellence Award honors individuals who excel in their chosen field, who are involved in the community and who mentor others in achieving success. A committee of past award recipients will select this year's winner.
The Outstanding Citizen Award will be decided by a Chamber committee, based on success in a chosen profession, volunteerism and community service,as well as personal qualities and high standards. Self-nominations are allowed, and the nominator need not list his or her name.
