Little Caesars Pizza is returning to Tiffin.
Franchisee Dave Langendorfer of Toledo said he hopes construction will begin soon inside the Family Video store, 318 W. Market St.
"They're actually carving out some space for us there," Langendorfer said. "We're in the permitting stages now and we hope to be under construction in a few weeks."
He said Little Caesars left Tiffin about 15 years ago.
"It's an underserved market," he said of Tiffin. "We think it's time it comes back."
Langendorfer said customers can expect pizza with no wait.
"It gives the residents of Tiffin an opportunity to experience 'Hot-N-Fresh,' " he said. "There's no waiting. Just stop in an pick up your pizza."
Langendorfer said he owned several franchises in the Cincinnati area in the 1980s, but sold his stores.
Now, he and his son are starting again. This will be their fourth location.
