D.J. and Kathie R. Wagner celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary recently. They were married Aug. 1, 1970, in Monroe, Mich., by magistrate James H. Jacobs.
D.J. is the son of the late Junior E. and Darlene A. Wagner.
Kathie is the daughter of the late Neal F. and Mary E. McIntire.

They are parents of three children, Derek J. (Sulema) Wagner of Columbus, Dameion (Erin) Wagner Jr. of Upper Arlington and Nealy E. (Brent Smith) Wagner of Bellevue. They have seven grandchildren.
