As the year comes to an end, we often reflect on the year's accomplishments and incomplete tasks. In a natural progression, we then begin to focus on the upcoming year. What we will change, keep the same or try to complete in the New Year is part of this process. This is where our New Year's resolutions begin.
Some of the most popular resolutions are to drink less alcohol, quit smoking, exercise more, lose weight, manage money better, reduce stress, get better education or a better job, to volunteer, get organized, read more, make more time for family and friends, take a trip or to enjoy life.
