Norman and Lorena Emerine celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Feb. 11, 1961, at Reed Assumption Catholic Church by the Rev. John Martin.
Norman is the son of the late Raphael and Corine Emerine. He is retired from Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. but continues to farm.
Lorena is the daughter of the late John P. and Helen Roth. She is the owner of Emerine Upholstrey and Betsy Ross Shoppe.

They have six children, Kenneth (Mary) Emerine of Woodville, Elaine Weaver of Carey and Doris (David) Corey, Nancy (Patrick) McCauley and Daniel (Sher) Emerine, all of Findlay, and the late Ronald Emerine. They also have 16 grandchildren, two of whom are deceased.
