Erin Elizabeth Bayer and Jacob Aaron DeMonte exchanged vows Oct. 15, 2010, at Fellows Riverside Gardens, Youngstown. The Rev. Elizabeth DeZee officiated the double ring service. A reception followed at Garden Cafe.
The bride is the daughter of Stephen and Raylene Bayer of Castalia and Noreen Vanca of Surprise, Ariz.
The groom is the son of Timothy and Patricia DeMonte of Tiffin.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory, draped satin bodice gown with a slightly dropped waist and beaded, embroidered detail. The ballgown skirt featured all over, beaded lace and a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of fresh calla lilies hand-tied in a sangria colored ribbon.
The bridesmaids wore knee-length cotton sateen dresses with ruching in sangria color and black pashminas. They carried a bouquet of fresh calla lilies hand-tied with ivory ribbon.
The bride's sister, Jennifer Bayer, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Ruffing, friend of the bride; Sara DeMonte, sister of the groom; and Brianne Thomas, stepsister of the bride.
Ella Hoover and Avery Hoover, nieces of the groom, served as flowers girls. Alan Roehl, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
Attending the groom was best man Josh Smith and Kyle Beidelschies, Fred Stevens and Tony Travagliante, friends of the groom.
The bride is 2005 graduate of Perkins High School. She attends Heidelberg University, with plans to graduate in May 2011 with a bachelor's degree in sports management and business administration.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Columbian High School and a 2003 graduate of Terra Community College, where he obtained an associate's degree in police science. He is a police officer and K-9 handler in Tiffin.
Honoring the bride with a miscellaneous shower were her family and friends in September 2010.
A rehearsal dinner was at Antone's Italian Grille, Austintown.
Following the wedding, the couple took a cruise to Mexico and now reside in Tiffin.
