Abby Ward and Jason Wilson were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 9, 2011, at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Tiffin. The Rev. Donna Van Trees was the officiant during the double-ring ceremony. A reception followed at Community Civic Center, Tiffin.
Abby is the daughter of Chris and Mary Ward of Sycamore.
Jason is the son of Roy and Denise Worley of Baltimore, Ohio.

Abby, given in marriage by her father, wore a diamond white lace over light gold satin gown with a corset back. The strapless bodice featured a sweetheart neckline with a lace overlay asymmetrically highlighting the slim A-line skirt that flowed into a chapel train. The embroidered lace was embellished with Swarovski crystals, bugle beads, seed beads and sequins. She wore a delicate wavy, rhinestone headband with a side spray of feathers and crystals.
Sara Snyder of Canton was her friend's maid of honor and Emily Ward of Columbus was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jodi Stevens of Columbus, friend of the bride; Kristi Ward of Sycamore, sister-in-law of the bride; and Emily Ruffing of Silver Springs, Md., and Emily Harstine of Ashland, friends of the bride.
They wore eggplant chiffon, floor-length dresses. The sheer halter-style bodice was accented with satin trim at the empire waist which flowed into an A-line skirt.
Josh Wilson of Columbus, brother of the groom, and David Chase of Columbus, friend of the groom, were best men. Groomsmen were Tim Morris of Pickerington, friend of the groom; Greg Worley of Columbus, brother of the groom; and Jake Stutzman of Indianapolis and Kurt Harstine of Ashland, friends of the groom.
Flower girl was Molly Ward of Sycamore, niece of the bride. She wore an ivory lace dress with an eggplant sash.
Abby is a 2001 graduate of Mohawk High School and a 2006 graduate of The University of Toledo. She is employed as an intervention specialist.
Jason is a 1998 graduate of Liberty Union High School and a 2005 graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design. He is a graphic designer and a captain in the U.S. Army.
Mary Ward and Kristi Ward hosted a bridal shower Aug. 28, 2010.
The rehearsal dinner was at Pioneer Mill Restaurant, Tiffin.
The couple lives in Columbus. A honeymoon is planned for a later date.
