COLUMBUS?- More than 1,700 advisors, members and guests were in attendance for the Ohio 4-H Volunteer Conference March 12 at Columbus Convention Center. The program featured educational program sessions to help advisors and members become better leaders and members of 4-H.
The Celebration of Volunteers took place at Bob Evans Farms 4-H recognition luncheon where the following advisors were honored from Seneca County:
Velma Stacy, Sew Sharp 4-H club, 60 years, awarded a silver bowl.
Mary Lonsway of Clinton Farmers 4-H club; Linda Piper, Fighting 4-Hers 4-H club; Joann Gabel, Blue Ribbon Buckeyes 4-H club; Jane Jameson, 4-H Guys and Gals 4-H club also attended.
Seneca County OSU Extension Office representatives also in attendance were Dale Stacy, Kathy Oliver, Jim and Cindy Scherger.
