Shelly Zeigler and Mark Frisch were united in marriage at 11 a.m. March 11, 2011, by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley.
Shelly is the daughter of Patricia Winkler of Tiffin and the late Richard L. Winkler. She is a 1984 graduate of Columbian High School and a 1991 graduate of Bowling Green Area School of Practical Nursing.
She is employed at Harrison-Price Insurance and does home health care.
