Donald and Barbara Kin celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday, May 1, 2011.
They were married May 1, 1971, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, by the Rev. James E. Peiffer.
Donald is the son of the late Clarence and Emma Kin. He is retired from Autolite Spark Plugs.

Barbara is the daughter of the late Robert and Joan Heyman. She is a cosmetologist and housewife.
They are parents of four children, Renee Kin of Fostoria, Jennifer (Matt) Boucher of Sycamore, Lindsey Kin of Cleveland and Nathan (Danielle) Kin of Tiffin. Six grandchildren complete their family.
The couple has planned a family dinner later this month.
