Tiffany Rose Miller and Michael Lee Ruffing Jr. of Attica are announcing their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Don and Lynn Miller. She graduated in 2008 from Seneca East High School and is a stylist at Kay's Beauty Salon, Republic.
Her fiance is the son of Mike and Annette Ruffing of Attica. He graduated in 2009 from Seneca East High School and will graduate from The University of Northwestern Ohio in August. He also works at Gibbs Equipment, Bellevue.
