Sarah Ann Deatrick of Payne and Brian Dean Franz of Hoagland, Ind., would like to announce their engagement and upcoming July 16, 2011, wedding at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Decatur, Ind.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Glen and Julia Deatrick of Payne. She is the principal at Payne Elementary School, Payne. She previously was a Spanish teacher at Old Fort Local Schools.
Her fiance is the son of Suzann and Leonard Rekeweg of Monroeville, Ind., and the late Loren Franz. He works for General Electric, Fort Wayne, as a supply chain manager.
