Dan and Melanie Hawley of Sullivan announce the engagement of their daughter, Morgan Anne, to Derek Thomas Niedermier.
Morgan is a 2000 graduate of Black River High School. She graduated in 2004 from St. John Fisher College and received a master's degree from Robert Morris University in 2006. She is an agronomy administrative assistant at Sunrise Cooperative, Fremont.
Derek is the son of Gerald and Theresa of Republic. He is a 2001 graduate of Seneca East High School and a 2005 graduate of Bowling Green State University. He is employed by Republic Banking Co., Republic.
