Michelle Ann Miller and Jeffrey Scott Shaffer announce their engagement and Oct. 1, 2011, wedding.
Michelle is the daughter of Michael and Jane Miller of Tiffin. She is a 2003 graduate of Calvert High School and a 2007 graduate of Mercy College of Northwest Ohio. She is a registered nurse at Mount Carmel East Hospital, Columbus.
Jeffrey is the son of Randy and Theresa Shaffer of Newark. He is a 2002 graduate of Newark High School and a 2008 graduate of COTC, Newark. He is a surgical technician at New Albany Surgical Hospital, New Albany.
