Meghan Ann O'Neil and Jon Robert Foster have announced their engagement and approaching wedding.
Meghan is the daughter of Sandra Lesher and Terry O'Neill, both of Cleveland. She graduated in 1999 from Westlake High School and in 2004 from the University of Toledo. She is the marketing coordinator for American Greetings Co.
Jon is the son of Bob and Cathy Foster of Tiffin. He is a 2000 graduate of Columbian High School and a 2005 graduate of Bowling Green State University. He is a senior account executive for United Insurance Service.
