Meredith Allison Close and John Joseph Provost exchanged wedding vows at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011, during an outdoor ceremony at Boulder Country Club, Boulder, Colo. A reception followed at the country club.
Meredith is the daughter of Donna and Daryl Close of Sycamore.
She is attending University of Arizona's College of Medicine.

John is the son of Joseph and Sue Provost of Henderson, Nev., and the late Suzanne Provost.
He is an emergency/trauma nurse at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix and is studying to be a nurse practitioner at Grand Canyon University.
Meredith, given in marriage by her parents, wore an ivory strapless, sweetheart neckline gown that featured a layered tulle skirt embellished with crystal beads at the waist. She carried a bouquet of red gerbera daisies.
Hilary Close of Somerville, Mass., was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Renee Berberian and Kim Tomsic of Boulder, Colo., sisters of the groom. They wore sleeveless black, tea length dresses and carried bouquets of white gerbera daisies.
Paul Berberian of Boulder, Colo., was his brother-in-law's best man. Groomsmen were Steve Tomsic of Boulder, Colo., brother-in-law of the groom, and Jim Slavin of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Ben Garris of Los Angeles, friends of the groom.
Alyse Marie Adkins of Henderson, Nev., niece of the groom, was the flower girl. Will Close of Seattle, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer.
Tara Scrafano hosted a bridal shower April 30, 2011, in Phoenix.
The rehearsal dinner was at the home of Kim and Steve Tomsic in Boulder.
The newlyweds reside in Tucson, Ariz.
