Cari Christopher and Douglas Jesse have announced their engagement.
Cari is the daughter of William Christopher of East New Market, Md., and Carla and Jeff Neugroschel of Cambridge, Md. She is a 1999 graduate of Cambridge South Dorchester High School and a 2003 graduate of Wagner College. She received a master's degree in 2007 from Wagner College.
Douglas is the son of Diane and Alan Jesse of Tiffin. He is a 2000 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School and a 2004 graduate of Cornell University. He received a master's degree in 2009 from Wagner College.
