Jennifer Lynn Kimmet and Zachary Stephen Wakefield were united in marriage at 10 a.m. June 25, 2011, at the chapel at Powell Gardens, Kingsville, Mo. The Rev. Chris Jiminez was officiant during the double-ring ceremony.
Jennifer is the daughter of Joe and Sue Kimmet of Tiffin.
Zachary is the son of Steve and Christine Wakefield of Danville, Vt.

Jennifer, given in marriage by her father, wore a Vera Wang ivory, strapless organza fit and flare gown. It featured a draped bodice, hand-cut bias flange skirt and a cathedral-length train. She wore a cathedral-length veil with a raw edge and carried a bouquet of purple calla lilies.
Holly Unger of Dayton was her friend's maid of honor. She wore a dark purple, strapless organza dress and carried purple calla lilies.
Patrick Ayer of St. Johnsburg, Vt., was his friend's best man.
Jennifer is a 1995 graduate of Bettsville High School. She is enlisted with the U.S. Air Force.
Zachary is a 1997 graduate of Danville High School and attended University of Central Missouri. He is an electronics technician for the National Weather Service, Kansas City, Mo.
The rehearsal dinner was at the couple's home in Warrensburg, Mo.
A wedding trip is planned for a later date.
