Britny Starr Rodriguez and Todd Richard Focht, with their families, announce their engagement and approaching Dec. 31, 2011, wedding.
Britny is the daughter of Marga Rodriguez and Trevor Miller, both of Tiffin. She is a graduate of Mohawk High School and attends Tiffin University.
Todd is the son of Rich and Marcia Focht of Tiffin. He is a graduate of Columbian High School and also attends Tiffin University.
