Jessica Lynn Barnett and Adam Joseph McClintock of Columbus have announced their engagement and Oct. 13, 2012, wedding.
The bride-elect, the daughter of Doug and Julie Barnett of Galloway, graduated in 2004 from Northland High School, Columbus, and works as a private nanny.
Her fiance is the son of Pat and Theresa McClintock of Tiffin. He graduated in 2000 from Columbian High School and in 2004 from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He is senior protocol analyst in the Office of Research at The Ohio State University.
