Staci Phelps and Rodan Reiter were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at High Street United Methodist Church, Fostoria. The Rev. James T. Mussman was officiant during the double-ring ceremony. A reception followed at Brugeman Lodge, Findlay.
Staci is the daughter of Garry and Carol Phelps of Fostoria.
Rodan is the son of Rodney and Bette Reiter of Fostoria.
Jessica Everhart of Tiffin and Julie Alford of Fostoria were matrons of honor for their friend. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Sherman of Newark, friend of the bride; Heather Myers of Simpsonville, S.C., friend of the couple; and Geana Eversole of Clyde, sister of the groom.
Best man was Stephen Eversole of Clyde, brother-in-law of the groom. Groomsmen were Jerry Huffman of Fostoria, friend of the groom; Jason Myers of Simpsonville, S.C., friend of the couple; and Skyler Eversol of Clyde, nephew of the groom.
Flower girl was Sophia Cole of Findlay and ring bearer was Jaymeson Mann of Mentor. Both are friends of the couple.
Staci is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School and attended Ashland University and University of Findlay. She is office manager and legal secretary at Rayle, Matthews and Coon, Bowling Green.
Rodan is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School and a 1997 graduate of Owens Community College. He is an elevator operator at Mennel Milling Co., Fostoria.
The rehearsal dinner was at Flippin' Jimmy's in Fostoria.
Following a honeymoon trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Fostoria.
