Walt Sanders performs as Elvis Presley, jumpsuit and all.
Bellevue native Sanders and his band have been performing their tribute since 1995. They have been supporting acts for Mitch Ryder, Jerry Lewis and Elvis' bass singer, Ray Walker.
In 2005, Sanders and his band were selected to re-enact the 50th anniversary of one of Elvis' historic performances. Wearing a tuxedo rather than a jumpsuit (as Graceland would not endorse a man in a jumpsuit), Sanders and TCB shared the stage with the original line-up from that concert: Priscilla Wright, The Four Lads and Billy Haley's Comets.
Sanders now starts every show in that tux, with his transformation to jumpsuit in the second half.
