February 17, 2012
dsp The Advertiser-Tribune

Artist Holly Hey pays tribute to her father, Don, in "Burning the Maples," the latest installation at Diane Kidd Gallery at Tiffin University. Don Hey spent time in the woods gathering wood to heat the family home and for carpentry and craft projects. Part of the installation recreates a scene from the artist's childhood. The exhibit runs through March 10. Regular gallery hours are 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. For more information, call (419) 448-3282. Admission is free.
