Whitney L. Morrin and Benjamin J. Steyer exchanged wedding vows at noon July 23, 2011, at Scared Heart Catholic Church in Oscoda, Mich. The Rev. Craig Haider officiated the double-ring nuptial Mass.
Whitney is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Morrin of Erie, Mich. Benjamin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Steyer of rural Tiffin.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory satin, strapless gown with an empire bodice accented with pearls. The semi-cathedral-length train was decorated with pearls and crystals. She wore a waist-length, pearly-edged veil and carried a silk-wrapped bouquet of calla lilies.

Ashley Mitchell of Toledo was maid of honor. Lauren McNicol of Lakeland, Fla., was her cousin's bridesmaid. They wore short, strapless black satin dresses and carried soft green calla lilies.
Joseph Steyer of Tiffin was his brother's best man. Shaun Morrin of Erie, Mich., brother of the bride, was groomsman.
Flower girl was Charlie Bleile-Morrin of Norwalk. Ring bearer was Pierson Steyer of Tiffin, nephew of the groom.
Whitney is a graduate of St. Mary Catholic Central High School, The University of Toledo and will graduate in this spring with a master's degree in occupational therapy from The University of Findlay.
Benjamin is a graduate of Old Fort High School and Tiffin University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed at Steyer Seeds LLC, Tiffin.
A wedding shower in Toledo was hosted by Penny and Ashley Mitchell, Denise Rauch and Nancy Montrie. A local shower was hosted by Kathy Steyer, Amy Hamman, Valerie Steyer and Jean Steyer.
The rehearsal dinner took place at Wiltse's in Oscoda, Mich. Immediately following the wedding ceremony, a reception took place at Tawas Bay Beach Resort, Michigan. A local reception took place July 29, 2011, at Meadowbrook Ballroom, Bascom.
Following a honeymoon trip to St. Maarten, Virgin Islands, the newlyweds reside in Tiffin.
