Community Action for Reducing Substance Abuse is to offer "Let's Talk - A Panel Discussion on Drug Trends in our Community" at 6 p.m. Wednesday at North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, 928 W. Market St.
The event is free, and literature is to be available. The panel is to include law enforcement officers, a local judge, treatment providers, parents, a prosecutor and Tiffin University.
