A woman reported Monday afternoon a man was walking his dog at the intersection of Cherry and Elmer Streets when his dog jumped on her vehicle and scratched it.
An employee at St. Francis Home, 182 St. Francis Ave., reported Monday night checks had been stolen out of her purse while at work.
A 100-block Hillcrest Drive woman reported early Tuesday morning her daughter woke to a man in her bedroom. He left the house with no direction of travel. Officers believe he made entry through a garage window.

An East Market Street woman reported Tuesday morning an Xbox had been stolen from her truck.
A patient at Mercy Tiffin Hospital, 45 St. Lawrence Dr., was leaving the hospital Tuesday morning after being reported causing a disturbance. He jumped out of a car and was found walking out by Lowe's when an officer picked him up.

A 3000-block of South SR 100 caller reported Monday night a man had attempted to commit suicide and requested an officer.
Tiffin accidents
A bus driver, Wayne W. Wax, reported Monday night he had hit a Volkswagen Jetta in the 200 block of South Washington Street. Wax was issued a citation for failure to control.
A non-injury accident was reported Monday evening at Marathon station, 614 W Market St.
