A caller in the 200 block of Third Avenue requested to speak to an officer Sunday evening. According to the report, his daughter knocked on a neighbor's door and when the neighbor answered the door, he was wearing only a robe that was open.

A first-block Apple Street caller reported Sunday evening his cousin and uncle were threatening him.

A caller in the first block of Erie Street reported Sunday night she received a call about someone hitting her vehicle, but she believed it was a prank.

A first-block Morningside Drive caller reported Monday morning her mailbox was knocked over.

A caller reported Monday morning he was assaulted Sunday morning at the rear of Madison Street Tavern.

A first-block North Washington Street caller reported Monday morning the window of a delivery van was broken over the weekend.

A caller reported an argument Monday morning in the 200 block of Hedges Street, and a female was assaulted by a male. According to the report, the argument was verbal.

A first-block Quay Street caller reported Monday afternoon receiving harassing calls on her cell phone from a private number.

Rachel Eckert, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with complicity Monday evening.

A caller in the 5000 block of North CR 33 reported Sunday evening that after she bought a house that was under foreclosure, she found men there with a truck and keys who claimed to be cleaning for the realty company. According to the report, the caller was to contact the realty company Monday.

A caller reported Sunday night a train hit a horse on South TR 181.

A 2000-block West CR 54 caller reported Monday morning a theft occurred during the weekend.

A 5000-block North SR 53 caller reported Monday morning a male subject came to the door and asked if they wanted their TV tower painted. According to the report, the subject had no tools or vehicle.

A caller in the first block of West Euclid Street reported Monday afternoon a vehicle was in front of the house and subjects inside were drinking.

Fostoria reports

A caller reported Sunday evening an adult was carrying two babies on a bicycle in the roadway at West Tiffin and South Main streets. Police were unable to locate anyone.

A 200-block Woodland Avenue caller reported Sunday evening someone broke into a shed.

A 1200-block Peeler Drive caller reported Sunday evening receiving harassing texts and phone calls.

The manager from Friendship Sunoco, 526 Sandusky St., reported Sunday night a short change scam. An investigation was pending.

A caller from Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported Sunday night three subjects had dog bites.

A 700-block North Main Street caller reported Sunday night someone ripped open her bags and threw trash all over.

A 900-block North Union Street caller reported Monday morning someone threw bricks through the residence.

A trash-dumping incident was under investigation Monday morning in the 500 block of Stearns Road.

A 900-block South Poplar Street caller reported Monday afternoon it appeared someone had gone through a garage.

A caller in the 100 block of Clay Street reported Sunday night damage to a vehicle in a parking lot.

Fostoria accidents

Andrew Spellman, 20, of Cincinnati, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident March 27 on North Countyline Street.

A Fostoria juvenile was cited with operating without reasonable control after an accident Thursday on South Union Street.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a good intent call at 100 Greenfield St. Sunday night.

Firefighters responded to a false alarm at 1200 N. Main St. Sunday evening.
