Andrew R. Spellman, 20, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance following a non-injury accident at North Countyline and Van Buren streets Thursday afternoon.
Jordan L. Settles, 17, was cited with operation without reasonable control on South Union Street Thursday morning.
