Jim and Paula Bishop recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner in Westerville and an anniversary trip to Amelia Island, Fla.
They were married March 24, 1962, in San Angelo, Texas.
They are the parents of three children, Todd (Karla) Bishop of Geneva, Scott (Melanie) Bishop of Huntington, W.Va., and Bethany (Jim) Shultz of Delaware. Five grandchildren complete the family.

Jim is the son of the late Donald and Nellie Bishop. He is a retired golf course superintendent.
Paula is the daughter of the late Ed and Christine Pickett and is retired from the city of Tiffin.
