Tiffin reports

Matthew E. Zepp, 18, of Brunswick, was charged with drugs-possession/abuse and receiving stolen property Friday morning.

Cody A. Evans, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with resisting arrest, underage possession/consumption and obstructing official business early Saturday morning.

Charles E. Starks, 21, of Fremont, was charged with falsification and operator's license-none/expired Monday after an incident Sunday.

A juvenile was charged with theft Monday after an incident Sunday.

A first-block West Perry Street woman went to the station Sunday afternoon to report the theft of her cell phone.

A first-block East Market Street man reported Sunday evening a house was broken into, and items were taken from his room.

A person reported Sunday evening there was a fight at the pumps at Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St., and four people were on the ground.

A woman reported Sunday evening her coat, money and room key were taken while at Madison Street Tavern, 92 Madison St.

An investigation was being conducted on a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on North Sandusky Street Sunday night.

A physical domestic dispute was reported in the first block of Lewis Street Sunday night.

A man went to the station early Monday morning to report he was assaulted at Tiffin University's residence hall complex at Miami and Scott streets.

A woman reported Sunday evening a disturbance in the 500 block of East SR 18. She reported there was yelling, and items were being thrown.

Fostoria Police Department advised Sunday night a woman from the 10000 block of West TR 116 was at the station to report she thought her husband had tried to poison food she ate. She was ill, and an ambulance was called to take her to a hospital.

An 8000-block West CR 59 woman reported Monday morning that during the past couple of weeks she thought someone had been taking some of her medication, and the locks had been removed from inside her windows.

A 300-block West CR 42 woman reported Monday morning someone had gotten her debit card number.

A 12000-block West Axline woman reported Monday afternoon someone went into her house and took medication and an antique necklace.

A 900-block East Fremont Street man reported Sunday evening it appeared someone attempted to enter his garage.

A 200-block East South Street woman reported Monday morning her boyfriend broke into her car.

A 400-block North Main Street resident reported Monday morning a man was at his residence taking possessions.

A person reported Monday afternoon glass was in the roadway at North Main and East North streets. A broken window to a business was located.

A person reported Monday afternoon children were fighting near a location in the 1000 block of Van Buren Street. A principal advised it was a school issue and would be dealt with at the school this morning.

Fostoria accident

A citation was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 200 block of South Countyline Street Monday morning.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a smoke detector activation at 160 Miami St. Sunday night. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.
