Reineke ranks first in customer service in U.S.

UPPER SANDUSKY - Reineke Motors in Upper Sandusky announces its Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram service department was ranked No. 1 in the nation for customer satisfaction in the first quarter of 2012.

"Customer satisfaction is our No. 1 priority," said Bob Blocksom, service manager.

Chrysler Group LLC recognizes service departments with outstanding customer satisfaction based on a set of standard procedures which are used consistently.
