Kimberly J. Lee, 52, of Tiffin, was charged with violating a protection order Thursday.
Fostoria reports
A 700-block Glenwood Avenue man reported Wednesday evening three solar lights were stolen.
A 400-block Stadium Drive woman reported early Thursday morning another woman was attempting to break into her residence.
A 1000-block Walnut Street man reported Thursday afternoon unauthorized charges were on an account.
State Patrol
Joshua J. Jacoby, 36, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.
Clifford McCormack, 60, of Michigan, was cited with a right-of-way when turning left violation following an accident Wednesday evening on South CR 19 near TR 1177. He and the other driver involved, Bryce Lonsway, 27, of Tiffin, were transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Fostoria fire
Firefighters were called to an open burn at 224 E. Jones St. Thursday morning.
