Tiffin reports

Lugman B. Sabir, 21, of South Euclid, was charged with theft for an incident Feb. 24.

Rickie A. Kirchner, 55, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to obey a traffic control device Sunday evening.

Michael R. McCullar, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Friday.

A 100-block Clay Street man reported Sunday night his landlord was in his apartment when he arrived home.

A caller reported early Monday morning a half naked woman was staggering around in doorways in the area of East Market and South Washington streets.

County reports

Samuel L. Gonzalez, 20, of Attica, was charged with possession of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Sunday.

A 6000-block North SR 18 woman reported Sunday evening wires on her satellite dish were cut.

A 1000-block North SR 635 man reported Sunday night a vehicle window was shot with a BB gun.

An 8000-block West CR 28 man reported vandalism to his property Monday morning.

A break-in was reported Monday morning in the 200 block of West Lelar Street. A laptop was reported missing.

A woman reported Monday afternoon another woman assaulted her in the 3000 block of South US 23.

Fostoria reports

A 600-block Sandusky Street man reported Sunday afternoon someone stole the motor off of his boat.

A 500-block East North Street caller reported Sunday evening someone broke into a neighbor's house.

A 400-block East Tiffin Street woman reported Sunday evening her vehicle was stolen. The vehicle was recovered about 30 minutes later.

An 800-block Spruce Street man reported Sunday night someone beat up his 14-year-old son.

A caller reported early Monday morning he saw two men kick in a door of a residence at East Crocker and South Poplar streets. The men then took off running.

A break-in was reported Monday morning at Alpha Coating Inc., 1100 N. Main St. A petty cash box was taken.

State Patrol

A two-vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon at US 224 and CR 7. One person was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital, according to reports from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office. Further details were unavailable Monday night.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to the 1300 block of Sandusky Street Sunday night for a propane leak.

County fire

Green Springs firefighters were called to North SR 19 Sunday evening for an ammonia tank leak.

Bascom firefighters were called to US 224 and CR 7 Monday afternoon for an accident.
