Shannon Elizabeth Nye of Tiffin and Ryan Nathaniel Bumb of Bellevue have announced their engagement and approaching Sept. 22, 2012, wedding.
The bride-elect, the daughter of Sharon and Lewis Nye of Tiffin, is a physical therapist assistant at Sandusky Therapy and Sports Medicine, Sandusky. She graduated in 2007 from Old Fort High School and in 2011 from Marion Technical College.
Ryan is the son of LaDonna and Gary Bumb of Bellevue. He is a commodities merchandiser at Bunge North America, Bellevue. He graduated in 2005 from Seneca East High School and in 2010 from The Ohio State University.
