Julie Silver and Jack Lacey announce their upcoming Aug. 18, 2012, wedding in Las Vegas.
Julie is the daughter of Pam and Lenny Silver of Bethel Park, Pa. She is a 1997 graduate of Bethel Park High School and received a degree in fashion design from Kent State University in 2002. In 2009, she earned a master's degree in education from Long Island University. She is a guidance counselor for Philadelphia City Schools.
Jack, the son of Carol Lacey of Mt. Laurel, N.J., graduated from Drexel University in 1999 with an engineering degree and in 2005 with a master's degree in education. He is a high school physics teacher for Philadelphia City Schools.
