Tiffin reports

A 100-block Melmore Street caller reported Thursday afternoon an iPod had been stolen from an apartment.

A first-block Clay Street man went to the station Thursday afternoon to report his residence was broken into last Tuesday and a gun was taken.

Jessie L. Underwood, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Thursday evening.

A 300-block Water Street person reported Thursday evening medication had been stolen from a vehicle.

Anthony C. Ward, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Thursday night.

A caller reported early Friday morning a man was assaulted in the first block of North Washington Street. Officer Rachel Nye of the Tiffin Police Department said she was unable to release further details Friday night.

A caller reported early Friday morning a male was checking vehicle doors in the first block of Henry Street.

A woman reported early Friday morning she believed someone put drugs in her drink at a bar.

A theft from two vehicles was reported Friday afternoon in the first block of Douglas Street.

County reports

A vehicle break-in was reported Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of Cottage Avenue.

A physical fight was reported Thursday night in the 1000 block of South SR 53.

A caller reported Friday morning a man was going through boats at Car Town Marine, 1443 N. SR 53.

Fostoria reports

Benjamin J. Stein, 29, of Bloomdale, was charged with receiving stolen property for an incident on April 5.

Kenneth D. McCarthy, 33, of Sandusky, was charged with resisting arrest, trespassing and menacing Wednesday.

Dean Harmon, 48, of Fostoria, was charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer, receiving stolen property, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, failure to control and failure to comply Thursday afternoon. Sgt. Kent Reinbolt was unable to provide details about the arrest Friday evening.

A caller reported Thursday evening a woman who was abused by her boyfriend was in the 200 block of East Tiffin Street.

A 100-block East Crocker Street man reported Thursday evening his wife assaulted him.

A juvenile was charged with curfew violation and possession of drugs early Friday morning.

A caller from JF Swinehart Inc., 1370 N. Main St., reported early Friday morning someone had tampered with a garage door.

A possible break-in to a car was reported Friday morning in the 1000 block of Dillon Court.

A caller reported Friday morning a storage area in the 500 block of Stadium Drive was broken into and a utility vehicle was taken.

An attempted break-in was reported Friday morning at Business or Pleasure Inc., 1402 N. Countyline St.

A break-in was reported Friday morning in the 1200 block of Beier Drive.

A 300-block East Eagle Street woman reported Friday morning someone had been using her pre-paid credit card.

A trailer was reported stolen from the 100 block of West Tiffin Street Friday morning.

Firefighters were called to 252 W. Market St. Thursday afternoon for an electrical problem.
