Tiffin reports

A person went to the station Thursday afternoon to report a stolen bicycle.

A caller from Mercy Tiffin Hospital requested to speak to an officer Thursday afternoon about an assault victim who had been in the emergency room.

A 300-block South Monroe Street woman reported Thursday afternoon gas had been siphoned from her vehicle.

Graffiti was reported Thursday evening on a building in the 100 block of Jefferson Street. A garage also had been painted in the 100 block of Jefferson Street.

A person went to the station Thursday evening to turn in a stolen cell phone.

A first-block Coe Street woman reported Thursday night a dead bolt on her door was broken and a TV was missing.

A first-block Virginia Avenue man reported Friday morning his wife tried to run over him and rammed her vehicle into his vehicle.

County reports

A 5000-block Poplar Street woman reported Thursday evening a stroller had been stolen out of her garage.

Fostoria reports

A 600-block Broadway Street caller requested to speak to an officer Thursday evening about a scam.

A man ran from a hit-skip accident Thursday night at the Midblock underpass. Damage was reported to a yard and to a power pole. A man was arrested, according to the report. Further details were unavailable.

A break-in was reported Friday morning at Slammers, 1321 Perrysburg Road. Numerous tools were taken.

Fostoria accidents

Clay W. Wolph, 41, of Fostoria, was cited with backing without due regard following an accident Aug. 1 at North Countyline and Ash streets.

Rosemary F. Villaereal, 44, of Fostoria, was cited with backing without due regard following an accident Aug. 2 at West Jackson and North Union streets.

Mackenzie L. Blechinger, 18, of Howard, was cited with improper lane change following an accident Sunday afternoon at North US 23 and Elm Street.

Robert D. Harmon, 56, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Monday afternoon at East SR 18 and Terry Lane.

Hugo D. Victoria, 35, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield following an accident Tuesday morning at SR 12 and Buckley Street.

County accidents

Paul W. Brickner, 70, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Friday morning on West SR 18 and Veteran's Parkway.

Mark A. Kopp, 59, of Republic, was cited with failure to maintain reasonable control following an accident Friday morning at East US 224 and East TR 104.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to South and Wood streets Thursday night for an accident.

Firefighters were called to 725 Columbus Avenue Thursday night for an automatic alarm.

County fire

Bascom firefighters were called to West US 224 early Friday morning for a car that drove into a hole in the roadway.

Bloomville firefighters were called to East US 224 Friday morning for a non-injury accident.
