Daryl and Vivian Weaver plan to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children.
The open house is 4-7 p.m. July 28 in the fellowship hall at Melmore United Methodist Church.
The couple requests no gifts.

They were married July 27, 1952, at Melmore Methodist Church.
Daryl was a farmer and former employee of the General Electric plant in Tiffin.
Vivian was a homemaker and former employee of Mohawk Local School District.
They have four children, Dennis (Sharon Ferguson) of Tiffin, Denise (Dale) Thomas of Plainfield, Duane of Ottawa and Donna (Rod) May of Sycamore; 13 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
