Lauren is the daughter of Matt and Lynn Hurd of Tiffin. She is a 2006 Columbian High School graduate and a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration specializing in supply chain management.
She is a sourcing lead for Danaher Corp.

He is a strategic sourcing specialist for TMK-Ipsco.
A June 21, 2013, wedding is planned in West Chester.
