The American Red Cross is to have its third annual Basket Bingo at Tiffin Mall Bingo Hall Sept. 8.
Doors are to open at 9 a.m. to allow bingo players to get the spots they prefer. Bingo is to be conducted in two sessions, at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Patrons are asked to buy their packages in advance.
The large package is $30 for one session or $55 for both. Those who pay for the package by Aug. 22 are to receive four raffle tickets to win a high-definition television, a laptop or a washer and dryer.

The small package is $20 for one session or $35 for both. Those who pay for the small package by Aug. 22 are to receive two raffle tickets.
In addition to the giveaways, payouts are to be increased for the Basket Bingo, named for the special gift basket prizes. A Peterboro basket can be won during each session of the six early bird games or on one of the Big Plus games. A blind bingo is to take place after the early bird games with the winner receiving $200 cash.
All regular games are to pay $100 each. The person sitting across from the winner also will be able to select a balloon with cash inside.
The jackpot is to be at least $2,500 in 52 numbers or less.
All funds are to be donated to the Fostoria and Tiffin American Red Cross and used to provide local Red Cross services.
