Tiffin reports

A laptop was reported stolen from a truck in the area of Wall and Miami streets Thursday afternoon.

A 100-block First Avenue caller reported Thursday afternoon someone had entered the residence and taken a game consul.

A person went to the station Thursday afternoon in reference to a theft.

A first-block Coe Street woman reported Thursday afternoon another woman assaulted her.

A bicycle was reported stolen Thursday evening in the first block of Colony Avenue.

A first-block Fulton Street man reported Thursday night he believed a GPS was taken from his vehicle. A male wearing a backpack had run away from the vehicle, he told police.

A first-block St. Clair Street man reported Thursday night someone tried to get into his house.

A manager from Kroger, 790 W. Market St., requested to speak to an officer Thursday night about a scam.

Two thefts were reported Thursday night at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.

A 200-block North Sandusky Street woman reported Thursday night she heard someone banging on the house and then found caution tape on the porch.

A caller reported graffiti on a building in the 100 block of East Market Street Thursday night.

A 200-block First Avenue woman reported Friday morning checks had been stolen from her vehicle.

County reports

Adam J. Wertz, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with violating a protection order Thursday.

April L. Jividen, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with selling cigarettes to a minor for an incident on Aug. 7. Brad L. Cress, 24, of Tiffin, also was charged with selling cigarettes to a minor for an incident on Aug. 7.

A first-block North TR 87 caller reported Friday morning someone threw a Draino bomb at a residence.

A theft of medication was reported Friday morning in the 6000 block of South TR 99.

Fostoria reports

Adam R. Aller, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with receiving stolen property for an incident on April 18.

A caller reported Thursday evening a person was dancing in the roadway in the area of West South and South Wood streets. Police were unable to locate the person.

A 500-block West Jackson Street man reported Thursday night someone was leaving threatening messages on his phone. Charges are pending for aggravated menacing, according to the report.

A juvenile was arrested early Friday morning for curfew violation in the 100 block of East Sixth Street.

A 600-block West North Street man reported early Friday morning a GPS had been stolen from his vehicle.

A caller from Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Friday morning a person who had been stealing Vodka was walking out of the store with a bottle of it. A woman was arrested, according to the report.

A 600-Lynn Street caller reported Friday afternoon a juvenile threw a rock through the back window of her vehicle.

A caller from JF Swinehart Inc., 1370 N. Main St., reported Friday afternoon someone broke into the building and stole copper wire.

Fostoria fires

Firefighters were called to Union Street and College Avenue Friday morning for a two vehicle non-injury accident.

Firefighters were called to Countyline and Thomas streets Friday afternoon for a four-vehicle accident.
