Wolpert involved in deployment

Robert J. Wolpert is an Army ROTC cadet involved in cadet language and cultural immersion training, his first training deployment as a cadet.

After a week-long training session at Fort Knox, Ky., cadets are deployed to partner nations where they are immersed in the local cultures and languages. The selected cadets will spend three weeks involved in assisting with Army missions that range from helping build community projects to teaching English to local children.

Wolpert is the son of Rhonda and Ronald Wolpert of Center Street, Republic.

He graduated in 2011 from Seneca East High School, Attica. He is a student at Bowling Green State University.
