Tiffin reports

Anthony W. Cole, 26, of Upper Sandusky, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct Friday.

Jeffery L. Parish, 47, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Saturday.

Amy D. Bryant, 39, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Saturday.

A 16-year-old boy from Tiffin was charged with underage possession/consumption, juvenile delinquency and juvenile unruliness early Sunday morning.

Jacob L. Kirkbride, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Monday night.

A truck in the first block of Miami Street was reported Tuesday morning to have been entered overnight. A tool set was taken.

A break-in was reported Tuesday morning in the 200 block of South Washington St.

A 500-block Hedges Street man reported unauthorized charges on his credit card Tuesday morning.

A theft from a vehicle was reported Tuesday morning in the first block of Bobb Street.

A man went to the station Tuesday afternoon to report someone opened a credit card account in his name.

County reports

Michee D. Ramsey, 25, of Findlay, was charged with open container Thursday.

Kenneth R. Foreman, 46, of Bettsville, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct Saturday.

Ricky E. Eidenour, 48, of Bettsville, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday.

Kendall S. Worley, 37, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Saturday.

Christina L. Higgins, 32, of Upper Sandusky, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday.

Nicholas E. Mullennex, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with endangering children Monday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, violating traffic lanes and a child restraint violation.

A lock box was reported to have been stolen off of a vacant house in the 10000 block of West TR 108 Monday afternoon.

A first-block North TR 109 man reported early Tuesday morning his guns had been taken.

A break-in was reported Tuesday morning at the main office and shop at Meadowbrook Park, 5430 W. SR 18.

A break-in was reported at the Liberty township house on West TR 152 Tuesday morning.

Fostoria reports

Jeffrey C. Arnold, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with menacing in relation to an incident Aug. 17.

James B. Caskey, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct in relation to an incident Aug. 28.

Lacey A. Mcbeth, 42, of Fostoria, was charged with trafficking in drugs, tampering with evidence, possession of criminal tools and trafficking in cocaine Saturday.

Mary L. Mcbeth, 35, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday.

A man went to the station Monday evening to report a gas can had been stolen.

A man threw a napkin containing a white, powdery substance out of a window prior to a traffic stop early Tuesday morning at South Main and East Sixth streets. A citation was issued to the driver for driving under suspension and improper turn.

A 1200-block Perrysburg Road man reported Tuesday morning his stereo was missing.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon a rock was thrown through her window overnight.

A 100-block West Fourth Street caller requested to speak to an officer Tuesday afternoon about a theft.

A juvenile was arrested Tuesday afternoon at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave. A vehicle also was impounded.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 843 N. Water St. Tuesday morning for a lock-out.

County fire

Clinton firefighters were called to East CR 38 Tuesday afternoon for an accident.

Tiffin accidents

Deborah J. Cascaden, 29, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Sunday morning at South Sandusky and West Market streets. She was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

Rachelle L. Griffin, 44, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control following an accident Sunday afternoon in the100 block of Melmore Street.

State Patrol

Robert R. Drake, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Saturday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

Roy L. Walters, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Sunday.

A one-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon on East CR 38, west of SR 101.

Refitt, McCutchenville, operating vehicle impaired/under influence case dismissed upon motion of city prosecutor due to plea in companion OMVI case; pleaded no contest to operating vehicle impaired/under influence, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, six-month license suspension, ALS terminated, can get copy of license, may apply for privileges after 15 days with restricted plates, complete/pay for driver intervention program, $607; pleaded no contest to one-way traffic violation, $30.
