Heritage Festival royalty are to be chosen during the Heritage Pageant at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Tiffin University's Gillmor Center. Girls ages 10-18 can compete for titles of queen, princes and junior princess. Historical attire is encouraged, and each girl is required to prepare a talk on a topic related to the history of Tiffin or Seneca County. A mandatory rehearsal is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
