An 1100-block North Union Street woman reported Wednesday evening her 14-year-old daughter attempted to take alcohol from her.
A juvenile was arrested Wednesday night in the 1200-block of Perrysburg Road.
John L. Baskey, 53, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes early Thursday morning.

Elizabeth J. Black, 23, of Fostoria, was cited with backing without due regard following an accident Sept. 4 at South Wood and West Center streets.
Maribeth Becker, 53, of Tiffin, was cited with a red light violation following an accident Sept. 5 at East Center and Poplar streets. The other driver, Jack C. Brubaker, 84, of Fostoria, was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital.
Marcus D. Hall, 23, of Findlay, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Sept. 7 at West Lytle and Findlay streets.
Larry A. Snyder, 72, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle without reasonable control following an accident Saturday morning in the 1700 block of North Union Street.
A caller reported Thursday afternoon a vehicle hit another vehicle on Countyline Street and also hit a pole. Corey R. Towles, 38, of Fostoria, was cited with hit-skip, reckless operation and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
